Curated matches are not so often a feature included in mainstream dating apps but rather in more expensive matchmaking apps. A curated match is a match that is suggested to you either based on the intervention of an actual human who reviews profiles or can be based on recommendations created by software that compares your data with other users’ data.
The later is not really a curated match at all and the same can be achieved by filtering profiles in search or the card stack.
